Use the date on your current report, service record or advice from your assessor. If you are unsure, ask them to confirm it — different properties and circumstances can need different checks.
- Choose a check and your next due or review date.
- Choose how far ahead you want a reminder.
- Download the calendar file and open/import it in your calendar.
This creates a personal calendar event, not an appointment. It does not book a visit, start a subscription or activate TradesFix email/SMS reminders.
The event is set for 9am in your calendar’s local time. Check the imported date, time and alert settings; your calendar app controls notifications and some apps may not preserve imported alerts. You may need to add the alert manually.
Use the same form again for another property or check. If a date changes, edit or remove the existing event in your calendar rather than importing duplicates.
